RecommendedI wanted to wait a couple months before reviewing. I purchased my car back in June and I just recently took it on a 3 hour road trip to Western NY/PA line where it did wonderful to and from! The gas mileage is amazing! It was safe and reliable. I couldn’t be happier! There was no pressure from the sales department and they worked with us on a trade in and did everything to make sure that my buying experience ran smoothly! Thank you!

Great customer service by Rick. He was very patient. I told him exactly what I wanted and the amount I could pay for monthly payments and he made it happen. Not once did I feel pressured to buy a vehicle. It was quick too! He called me at 11 am to say I was approved, I got there by 3:30, and was driving off the lot in a new vehicle by 4:00!
My family has been buying cars here for many years. I just purchased my 3rd Jeep from Marks and as always, great buying experience. Never had any problems. Quality cars and quality people tbat stand behind the vehicles they sell. Thank you Mark and Rick.
We stopped here to look at a couple cars found on the website. stood around for 10 minutes, watched a guy look over a different car and pull the plates off it, then go inside. I went to the door and that guy was sitting down playing on his phone. Guess they didn't want to sell a car. It's probably a good thing. the car we were interested in, the brake rotors were so bad I didn't feel safe taking it off the lot.
I always bought my cars from Marks and will never go back again. They fixed everything that was wrong with it I had to keep going back several times and get a rental car. Two days after last time they fixed it for the fifth time my windows are electric and will not go down. I think I was sold a lemon car. On top of they said they fixed the check engine light that kept coming on so I took it to my mechanic and he told me it was my engine thermostat which costed another $200 to fix because they did not fix it.
