Horrible! They were VERY RUDE. Before we even had time to talk prices they were asking us if we had money lined up. Unsure about it (buying a car is a BIG deal) we told them we would come back after discussing it. He blew a gasket and started yelling at us about how we wouldn't find a nicer car for his price (it was overpriced compared to other trucks we were considering) and that we should be appriciative that he was even willing to take a small amount off. Horrible Customer service! We went here looking for a truck, we saw one that we really liked. We test drove the truck and we really liked it and went in to talk price. Bill himself would not budge on price and we ended up going outside and he started to yell at us saying we were not excited about buying a truck....umm no not when you stand there and are yelling at us and acting like a complete jerk. I will NEVER go back!
Honest with good service Due to past experiences with used car salesmen we don't really like to go car (or truck) shopping. Our recent experience at Bill Marks Auto was excellent. He is up front and honest. They don't start with an inflated price and them make you haggle to make a deal. They just offer you a great deal to start.
