Not a reputable shop. Mark's Auto Repair is shady. The owner illegally performed "repairs" on my vehicle without authorization from myself or my insurance company, then refused to release the vehicle without being paid for these illegal "repairs." He produced no written documentation of any authorization of work, because he was never given authorization.
