He installed the incorrect windshield in my son's 1986 truck. When we called back, 2 times, to get this corrected we were told it was correct(it hides the VIN#), and would not refund our money. Contacted Safelite ,a technician removed the wrong one and replaced with the correct one. We are out $255 thanks to Marks Auto Glass, and Safelite is charging $197.

We only charged 180.00 fir the windshield, we installed for the person that done the body work on the truck ,so you was told to contact them! I told you we would take care of it, just would have to go back who we installed it for. Get your story straight! Your son removed the windshield to fix leaks in body seams where it was leaking then you called me!
Honestly the best service I’ve received ! Had my passenger window broken yesterday and they fixed it within hours today & at a great rate ! Highly recommend!

Outstanding work!! I had two windshields replaced back to back days, both looked really well. Customer service is spot on ( Tony even give me a call after install to let me know he was finished and that I needed new wipers because mine were getting bad. He could have let that go but he went the extra step! Nice work Tony). Cheapest price around too!
Mark's Auto Glass did a great job to took care of our problem and get us on our way. We highly recommend them.
