I discovered this shop quite recently. From the first time I recognized how professional, helpful, expert, and friendly it is. All the team members I have met so far are fantastic. I trust this shop so much that I just drop my cars there, for service or for repair, and don't bother to check cost estimate or competition.
We’ve used Marks several times in the last 5 years. My last time I was not impressed but I let it go. We recently brought our daughter’s car in, I have to say we were so disappointed by the sloppy job. I mean detail is the name. The lack of detail was pathetic. The tires and wheels looked pretty bad. I was told it was sun damaged (a year old car). Not, I came home and with a bit of elbow grease it came off. Seals weren’t fully cleaned.
