I visited Mark’s Auto Body a couple of weeks ago just to get a simple estimate for a small paint touch-up on my front bumper. The owner took photos and also asked for my insurance papers. I clearly told them that I only wanted a quote and did not want any claim opened with ICBC. I was assured that it was only for their internal system and nothing would be submitted. My car stalled right in front of their shop while I was on a long drive with my husband. The whole team provided awesome customer service! They were transparent, professional, and got the work done on time. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable and honest automotive service.
The glass guy was great
I had an amazing experience here! They helped make sure I could pick up the curtesy car in hours that worked for me and my schedule, did an absolutely spectacular job on my car, and were so helpful every time we talk. Very highly recommended.
