Absolutely astounded by the Customer Service. Booked my Tacoma repair online, sent them a short video of the damage. I received an estimate back inside an hour, parts were ordered, truck went in for repair, the price never changed and it came back all detailed. Sorry I don't have names, but the Guy and the Gal on the front counter could work for me anytime! Think I might try their mechanical side next. And I'm pretty fussy about my truck!
I recently had my car serviced by Marks' Autobody and was very impressed with the results! They handled my insurance claim completely. The customer service was excellent - everyone was polite and knowledgeable, communication was impeccable. Furthermore, my car was returned in immaculate condition, both inside and out. I highly recommend this shop for their excellent service and attention to details.

Honest place to get your car serviced and repaired. Fair pricing. I've had many of my cars worked on here and not once did i feel like I was being upsold. Totally different from the typical car dealer experience.
