I blew a tire and pulled off the road. Mark’s has been amazing to work with. We bought a car from them and I’ve also had body work done there after an accident. They are extremely easy to work with and so accommodating! They definitely stand behind their work. I think we may need to make all of our vehicle purchases here from now on!

Best customer service experience I've ever received from any business of any kind. In fact its made me try to emulate this type of business practice with my own business. ... Fast service, highest quality parts, and went over and above what anyone could expect them to do. We are willing to drive over an hour just to have them service our vehicle. They've earned our business.
