I had an issue with scratches on the front bumper of our leased Prius. I was given an estimate with no appointment and everyone in the process was super friendly and professional. I was given the option of trying to buff it out or do a full repair. To make a long story short, the buff worked perfectly and was done in very short order. No one likes going to the body shop, but I guarantee if I ever have the need again, this is where I will be going.
Had some serious restoration done on my 2013 ACURA TL. After several months it required additional attention. Dylan could not have been more terrific in taking care of the problem..immediately. Not a question asked. I must give Marks a 5 star rating for customer satisfaction all the way. And it looks beautiful!

I took my Kia Rio in for an insurance claim (not my fault), and when issues came up, I was treated as though I should have been happy with the work since it was only a Kia. I easily noticed that the rear bumper trim piece had surface blemishes and bowed out on both sides about ¼ inch. When I said something, that’s when Dylan said, “well it’s a Kia, not a Mercedes”.
