I wouldn't recommend purchasing a vehicle at all from Markquart Menomonie Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat in Menomonie, Wisconsin. I've brought my Jeep Patriot in four times to be fixed for the same problem, and they failed to fix it the first three times. On the fourth go, they insulted me with false accusations, and one of their employees even mocked me with a childish "wah-wah" sound while rubbing his eyes to fake crying. worst service department ever! mis diagnosed van and wouldn't stand behind their mistake or even acknowledge it! BEWARE!
Bait & switch! Beware! They posted a vehicle at one price, and switched it on us a few hours before we were going to drive it today. Price was confirmed with the salesman, but all of the sudden increased over 3k per the manager! We had our financing in motion and were about to make a 3 hour round trip to purchase. We passed up another vehicle and wasted our time. I would stay away from this dealership because this was shady and very poor customer service!

I just purchased a 2018 Hyundai Sonata from Markquart, all the staff were so friendly and helpful especially Aaron Chandler and Jackie in the front office, it is 3 hours away from my home but it was well worth my time and energy, would go no where else, highly recommend!!
Amazing customer service experience! Michael went above and beyond to make my surprise birthday car for my 16 year old amazing! We cant thank you enough, this is a memory he will cherish forever!
Michael was so professional even with our wild child! We hadn’t even gotten out of our vehicle yet and he was right there to assist. We told him what we were looking for and he suggested a car we never would have even thought of but it fit all our needs to a T and we fell in LOVE! Thank you so much we will absolutely tell all our friends and family and you won’t lose us as a customer! See you when we are due for an oil change.
Our family was on a road trip and our van engine light came on and started flashing. We made it to Markquart and they were able to get us in right away. They were very accommodating to us and our four children. They even shuttled us to the nearest McDonald’s so the kids could play. They did everything they could to get us back in the road again. The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean and we felt very welcomed and not in the way. We highly recommend Markquart!!
