I was very upset that I needed to have my brand new EV GM car serviced- only owned for 2 months- but was pleased with the service. Initially I was told I would need to leave it for several days but once the mechanic reviewed the issue, he was able to fix it within 30 minutes. This was very good news although I was upset that he thought it was a factory error-2 bolts were not tightened. This is very disappointing and now leaves me wondering if other bolts might loosen.

I just recently purchased a used vehicle from Markquart. I dealt with Dawson. Not only was he fantastic, but the entire purchasing process was fantastic, easy to deal with. They even beat the finance rate I was able to get prior to going in. Dawson and the team really do care about their customers!
Set appointment for warranty repairs of our escalade specifically leaking rear air ride and this is how vehicle was returned to us after they had it a week. Told them over and over that the rear shocks leak air. Apparently the customer is always wrong, even as a lifelong mechanic. The pictures speak for themselves.
