This was around my 30th or so time for routine service here over the years. It has always been good to great. This time was excellent with the service advisor, Bert K. He was well prepared for my appointment and pickup. Bert was quick and thorough at the same time so I was in and out before I knew it!
Had a recall on my car took it in and that was fixed. Went home to notice my Key fob was broken so I could no longer lock my car or start my car from my house. Called them multiple times about it, accused us of lying and saying their workers wouldn’t do that. Also said they wouldn’t fix it since there’s no “evidence” when they’re the ones that broke it. Check the cameras! Very immature behavior by the supervisor on the phone and wouldn’t take accountability or even apologize for what happened their shop.
Our vehicle was coming out of warranty so we asked to have it looked at. They were able to fix a noise in the front end that had been very annoying. We also had a leak in one of our tires they had previously repaired. New nail!! The did a great job. Thank you
Arrogant sales and corvette staff, otherwise title service was very good.
Worst customer service and communication I have ever received at their Auto Body shop. The unprofessionalism of the staff was a real problem and when I voiced my concerns to the manager the service unfortunately just got worse. Inaccurate information was purposefully given to insurance company which caused us to have to pay 1000s in repairs that should have been covered by the insurance claim. Save yourself a headache and STAY AWAY!
