Traded our car in for a new one and they nickeled and dimed us AFTER the sale. They charged us $1000 for the diagnostics test on the car they took for trade then turned around and sold it for a $10k profit. On top of that they stuck us with a loaner for weeks before they could change the tires on the new car and sold our old one within days. Now they are calling our insurance company for more money!
