Extremely frustrating experience. I had to take off of work and traveled almost an hour for my appointment only to be told after arriving that I couldn’t be seen because of an insurance referral issue. I understand insurance requirements are not entirely within the office’s control, but this should have been verified and communicated before my appointment. A simple phone call could have saved me nearly two hours of travel (there and back total) and a completely wasted trip.
I had a great experience I would definitely recommend Dr Markowitz to all my friends and family the office is beautiful from the front desk everyone is so kind and professional no wait time just an amazing experience 💯
