My project turned out beautiful. My washing machine had leaked and I had to re-floor my home. John got someone out to my house to fix the leak so I could resume life until the water mitigation crew could come out. There was a lot of back and forth with insurance and trying to get them to agree to the appropriate amount needed to fix things correctly. His team helped me with every step of this.
