Assistants were nice and accommodating but I went with someone as emotional support because they have extreme trauma from the dentist and they kicked me out of the room because “the tools could hurt me”… They weren’t doing anything crazy at all and its interesting how people sit back with people at the dentist all the time but ig not when when the dentist doesn’t take younger people seriously.
The staff are very kind and flexible with appointments. I had an exam and cleaning and it went by quickly.
Dr. M has been a very gentle and understanding dentist to work with.
