Be very careful on their contracts, completion dates with just an initial. Very dishonest. Don't trust anything they promise. Finally had to fire them, lost some money but it was a relief to get them off the property. Also they left the place a mess. Hear these words DON'T HIRE THESE FOOLS!!!
