Mark literally rebuilt half our home from the inside out except for the new roof of course. He did his best to stay in budget but with a house built in 1960, there were some change orders! He combined bedrooms to make master suites and updated/enlarged the restrooms. We are extremely happy with his work ethics, communication and our remodel! He will be back for our kitchen remodel!
I highly recommend Markon Construction. They rescued us from a renovation gone completely awry. When Markon Construction came in, our home was practically unlivable. Mark assesed the project status and along with his crew, expertly put our home back together. Markon Construction is the BEST!! My bathroom remodel could not have turned out more beautiful. All workmanship was extremely professional and competent. For me, one of the signs of an excellent contractor is if the workplace is cleaned up at the end of every day. They checked that box! I won't hesitate to use them for my next project.

I had an appointment with Mark for an estimate of my repairs. Our appointment was for 8am. He arrived at 7:45 and texted me to ask if I could meet early. I was driving from an Airbnb, so didn't see the message until I got there at 8am. He had already left. He said he left at 7:58 when I wasn't there. Why would you arrive early and leave earlier than our arranged meeting time? It was a complete waste of my time and incredibly unprofessional. No apology, no explanation nothing.
