My daughter has received diabetic "eye care" for the past 4 years at this office. When she went for her yearly exam, she had her certified Diabetic Alert Dog with her (showed the card) and was told to wait outside because someone "might be allergic!" This is ILLEGAL, and she advocated that it was, yet she waited outside at the continued insistence of the receptionist coupled with the threat of appointment cancellation. Dr Habekovic is a nice guy and seems competent but the practice needs major technical and billing upgrades. Still using outdated photography for macular degeneration tracking rather than OTC scanner. Billing is 18 months behind and invoices are illegible. I now go elsewhere.
I got an appointment quickly, the front desk receptionist, tech, and Dr. Habekovic were all awesome. Dr.Habekovic took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed them. Highly recommend.
I have been a customer for many years and have been completely satisfied with their service.
