Most ridiculous experience. I was a patient and was told that I was recommended a service for deep cleaning. They printed out a 4 step treatment plan with cost per visit with insurance. I agreed to service based on reasonable cost of service. After 4th treatment 1 1/2 month later I was told that I had a balance 3 times the original planned expense. I spoke to the office manager (which was the dentist's wife) and she said it was an estimate and that they had not gotten back confirmation of benefits until 1 full month after fi... read more

Most of hate the idea of going to the dentist, The needle ,drills ,having your jaws separated with those thing that remind of the chalks I use to keep my boat from rolling down the driveway. THIS IS NOT THE CASE HERE!!!!! Until my first of several visits with Dr.Alanis I too dreaded "The Dentist", NOW I LOOK FORWARD TO IT!!!!!
