WISH I COULD GIVE LESS THAN 1 STAR. hired markley property services. the owner comes in all talk. then sends crew for work which was beyond terrible. owner himself comes back to fix all the mistakes, does a half a&* job and its still a mess. didn't even finish and never returned. gets very angry when you point out all the mistakes and tries to blame the home owner. beware!!!! go another route. do NOT hire this disaster waiting to happen.
My experience hiring Markley Property Services was awful. On my project, the owner lacked the understanding of simple instructions and had the craftsmanship skills of a someone who had never seen a hammer or saw before. To make matters worse, he refuses to give my money back for work he did not complete and had to file a suit against him. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. My advice is do not get involved with them and move on to someone else.
