I lived in 3f for 8 years 7 years ago but what it's became is far worse now than ever all I'm saying is do your homework first before you think about planting ruts don't bring your children into this place ever

They take forever to fix anything if they even do fix them.. But keep wanting to increase the rent...
I can say I have lived here for nearly 5 years. I think we need to tear them down and just build new ones...
