We've been patients of Pediatrics Associates of Northern Colorado and patients of Dr. Markley for over 12 years. We've never been treated with anything other than respect and care. Dr. Markley and her team are always available to help. I've called on holidays and weekends with concerns for my children's health and have been promptly called back. As a mother, my only major concern is the well being of my children, and Dr. Markley is the one I have entrusted with their medical care since birth.
Dr. Jennifer Markley is wonderful. She is happy, positive, insightful, very educated, and definitely cares about the well-being of our daughter.... As well as all the children that she cares for her and her practice. We have been bringing our 7 year old to PANC for 5 years now and we feel like the staff around Dr. Markley makes our daughter feel important and loved rather than worried about going to the dr. Dr. Jen has a real passion for pediatrics.
Dr. Markley is amazing. Our family is so blessed to have found an amazing pediatrician. Dr. Markley connects with her patients on a personal level. She shares information as a parent you never feel like alone raising your child. She uses a true team approach instead of I'm the doctor She listens, advice, and helps come up with a plan that is truly unique to our family. Will recommend her to every fort Collins house hold!
HORRIBLE customer care and a huge lack of professional ethics. After THREE attempts to get them to release my child's medical records to our new doctor, they still haven't done so. This has caused a delay in very important vaccines and other medical treatment due to the fact that our new office won't proceed with treatment until they have her medical history. I appreciate your feedback. But my staff never received your FAX request for transfer of records from your new office to us. This makes us wish that you had reached out to us directly sooner. This will inspire us to do a better job in the future making sure our patients know they can reach out to us at the first sign of miscommunication. As soon as we were aware of this, the records were sent that same day.
