Called over the summer to have a snow blower serviced was told to call back in the fall. Called in Oct was told someone would be out to pick up my blower at the end of Nov. Called on Nov 27 said they were full. This is terrible customer service. Why didn’t someone call me? If your full why didn’t you come out in October when I called to try and avoid this. It’s ridiculous and lousy customer service.
Awesome people to deal with. Always fixed everything I own perfectly. The man at the counter could not have been any nicer!!
took my snowblower in on March 3 was not greeted I was told they would not accept it....we have to many mowers right now. He asked if I called first? It is a service business, so no I didn't call first. I had to drive to my relatives to pick it up run it in there just to turn around and take it back. I was a long time customer but I will never go back!
