My van was making horrible noise when going over a bump. The dealership stated I needed a whole front end. Took it to Markle 66 and they stated it was just a bolt that came loose and they tightened it up. Only charged me $10.00. They are the most honest people and I now take my van there for anything and everything they can fix. Good, honest, hardworking people there! Van is perfect and no more noise at all.
These are good and honest people! I took my car in for what we thought was a wheel bearing issue and asked if they could replace it. It turned out that the wheel bearing was not the issue at all. They found the true source of the problem and fixed it for free, since it nothing needed replaced and it was a quick and easy fix. They could have replaced my wheel bearing and charged me and I would have been none the wiser. Context: I was traveling with 2 other women and a young girl going from Michigan to Indianapolis, IN when we got rear ended on I-69.
