Customer service isn’t their best suit. I have called a couple of times to make an appointment on the same day. They’ve said they didn’t have same day appointments, which is understandable. What I didn’t appreciate is how they treated me when they were saying that it’s mind over matter and that I can make appointments far ahead of the day. This therapist doesn’t seem empathetic to situations where people have a physical ailment, and have a need to relieve tension at the last minute.
