The woman who did my mammogram was very kind and gentle and made me feel very comfortable.
I rarely give negative reviews, but I felt quite uncomfortable and disrespected about today's phone appointment. The receptionist who answered the phone was very unprofessional; I heard her laughing because I didn't hear her question clearly, which I found extremely disrespectful to a guest.
