I could tell right away the person working on my car had no real training. They didn’t know how to properly use a buffer and ended up leaving cloudy spots on the paint. The interior was sprayed with some overly perfumed cleaner that gave me a headache. This place just hires anyone and sends them out to work without proper training or supervision.
They were supposed to do both interior and exterior detailing, but it was obvious they skipped several steps. The interior still had pet hair, the mats were just lightly wiped down, and the windows were streaky. Outside, the wheels were filthy, and the wax job was uneven. When I asked for a redo, they said they were “too busy.” Total waste of money.
The website clearly said the full detail was $149. When I got there, they told me my car “needed extra services” and tried to upsell me to $300! I felt cornered and pressured. The final bill ended up being double what I was expecting. Shady business practices — be careful if you go here, they’ll try to squeeze every dollar out of you.
I trusted this company to detail my brand-new car, and they ended up scratching my paint. The swirl marks were all over the hood and doors — it looked like someone used a dirty rag to wipe it down. When I confronted the manager, they denied any wrongdoing and offered no refund or compensation. Extremely unprofessional and careless with customer property.
I scheduled an appointment for 10am. They never showed up, never called, and didn’t respond to my emails or texts. When I finally reached someone at the front desk, they said they had “no record” of my appointment — even though I had a confirmation email. Completely unreliable. If you value your time, avoid this place.
