I had an excellent experience at this walk-in clinic. The front desk staff was welcoming, and the female doctor I saw was exceptionally thorough—she took the time to explain my condition and treatment clearly. I was in and out in just 20 minutes. Having experienced several walk-in clinics throughout the GTA before moving to Markham, I can say this clinic is by far the most efficient, helpful, and genuinely friendly. Highly recommend!
The receptionist, Angela, and the female physician (whose name we didn’t catch) were very friendly. I would definitely recommend to see them for walk-ins based on those experiences. However, my most recent visit was with Dr. Bahrami, and unfortunately the experience wasn’t as positive. I reported a symptom and also mentioned that I had swollen lymph nodes. I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic due to the behavior of the front desk representative, Angela. She spoke to me in a rude and visibly angry manner, which made the entire interaction very uncomfortable. As a patient, I expected to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, but instead, I felt disrespected and unwelcome. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in a healthcare environment where patients often come in already feeling vulnerable.
