Customer service was top-notch and the service speed was also great. We really needed our car fixed quick, and Markham Subaru delivered!
I have recently purchase a 2026 Crosstrek Onyx from Vanessa. She explains everything clearly, with transparency and patience. She respects all of my decisions and I never felt pressured to buy anything. I am very satisfied with the experience. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Vanessa if they are interested in Subaru!
2022: I gave them 5 stars... Service advisors are nice. I don’t feel like I am being judged or profiled here unlike the other Subaru dealer that I used to go to. That’s why I choose to go to them for service even if it’s a bit far from where I live.
