Staff is very helpful & very courteous. We came there just to ask questions but then I decided to replaced my 6 year old CPAP machine to Resmed (BiPAP) AirCurve 11 V Auto which more updated version. Mitzi Yee is very professional & knowledgeable. She really explains thoroughly & also the price is very reasonable. The only drawback is they don’t have a free parking which compare to other business tenants.
Extremely satisfied with the service provided. Very supportive and cordial customer service by Kam and Mitzi. They answered all my questions patiently.
Very pleasant and helpful in explaining the workings and capabilities of my new machine. Great experience.
PRORESP Respiratory Therapy provider. Mitzi Yee at Markham ProResp was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
