The 4 step ER process is a joke. Waited 3 hours just to get registered. I had to wait for another 2 hours to get called in before seeing a doctor to get an x-ray. A quick 2-3 step questionnaire in minutes could have determined an x-ray before seeing a doctor following registration. Time to streamline our health system & ER process and get past outdated practices from the 90’s.

Their medical service is extremely slow and poor. We waited for 2 hours just to finish the initial check-in, triage and registration, and then we still had to wait for the doctor. We waited nearly 2 to 3 hours after being brought into the exam room. My son’s fever climbed from 37.5�C to almost 40�C while we waited, and no doctor came. I had to go tell the nurse outside that my son had a fever of 40�C. One nurse then brought fever medication for him. Do not come here！Can be your nightmare for sure.Almost stay in 6hrs without doctor’s diagnosis. We just wanna leave，they told us only doctor can tell when can you go. They give most people a big bag of IV fluids to solve the problem. Time heals everything.
