Very bad customer service. They talk rudely and never return call back as they promised.
Dr Rahman is great and very polite, helpful Doctor but Recepcenist is worst who don't call back or don't responding no matter the appointment is urgent or not. 3 Stars is only and only for Dr Rahman other wise I will give - 0.
I don't like 😞 all service
Very disappointing experience. The clinic’s posted schedule shows that Dr. Khan is available on Friday from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM. I visited the clinic on Friday, October 2, 2026, during those hours, but the doctor was not there. The staff told me they could arrange an appointment for the following day instead. If the schedule is not accurate or changes are made, it should be updated promptly so patients don’t make an unnecessary trip. I hope the clinic improves communication and keeps its online schedule accurate.
