Took my parents today and found out their systems were down. Many elderly patients (including my parents) waited for a long time for the system to get back up. The doctors could not see the patient's reports due to this. Wasted ton of time and had to reschedule for another appointment after two weeks... it is embarrassing to see this sort of quality in our medical care.
Dr. Thanu is good, but it is very frustrating trying to get a hold of somebody to talk to in real time. The last time I left a message it took about 6 days to get back to me. This is quite annoying when you're calling about medications or issues due to medications.
Doctor Arpita Gantayet has great skills & Knowledgeable, staff also very helpful. Thank you.
Dr. Ruban, the nurse, and the receptionist were all exceptionally professional, kind, and attentive. Both Dr. Ruban and the nurse took the time to truly listen to patient's symptoms and paid close attention to every detail, which made me feel heard and well cared for. Their warm demeanor and thorough approach made the entire experience smooth and reassuring.
The doctor I am seeing is amazing but the clinic itself could do better picking up the phone calls. Have been trying to reach the receptionist to book an appointment for a week but the person never picks up the call. Also left a voice message before but they never returned the call.
