This review is not a reflection of the doctors’ service, but of the inaccurate information about the clinic’s hours. Google shows that the clinic is open on Sunday, but when I arrived, it was closed and no one was there. I tried calling, but no one answered. I even asked customer service at Loblaws, but they had no information about the clinic’s hours or whether anyone was working today. Please update the hours so people don’t waste their time traveling here only to find it closed.
I have been a patient of Dr. Michael Caturay since about his clinic opened in 1997. I have witnessed the growth of his clinic over the past 28 years. Although wait time for an appointment is about 2 weeks, I would not change to another physician. Dr. Caturay has intimate knowledge of my medical history. He’s always been very personable and attentive to my medical needs. He’s never given me the bum’s rush during an appointment in all the years he’s been my GP. I’m his patient for life!

Doctor James Gorman was the worst, most incompetent doctor that caused irreversible damage to my body. I was bitten by a tick while in Lawrence, Massachusetts in July of 1989 and was misdiagnosed, and more importantly, mistreated and abused by Dr. Gorman until I left his medical practice in 2006. This doctor even altered my medical records to try and cover up his incompetence. And I have the proof of this in my medical records.
