I had a fantastic experience at Markham Infiniti. The sales agent, Janet Liu, handled my transaction quickly and efficiently — no high-pressure tactics at all, which I really appreciated. The car was spotless and perfectly prepared for pick-up. I’ve been dealing with Infiniti on and off for nearly 30 years, and honestly, this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. Service - on July 29, 2025 Extremely Disappointed!!!! With JIBIN ( Service manager ) Again, Service & attitude Extreme Disappointed!!! @ Markham Infiniti!!!!! After the service, the associate just threw the keys to me and told me that the car was either at the back or here. I was expecting to revive my vehicle where I dropped it off. Eventuality I had to ask Nissan to help me locate my car. All of the car dealers I’ve been to I have never been treated as badly as @Markham Infiniti has
