Mohammed was very nice and helpful, but I Inquired about a QX 80 demo car with the sales manager Arthur who had a bad attitude and spoke disrespectfully. I’ve heard horrible stuff about this dealership and everything was true and noticeable once I walked through the door. Signed for an Audi SQ7 at Audi midtown instead. If I’m going to pay $1600/month for a lease payment I’d rather pay for better quality service and high end treatment.
Jibin Samuel was my advisor and he made the experience one of the best I have had with Infiniti overall; very efficient, smooth and problem free experience; definitely recommend.
Excellent service for Janet and Arthur at Markham Infiniti
Terrible dealer. Service department does not know what they are doing. Every few months I bring my car back for brake noise. They asked me to replace the whole discs and pads which I did. noise came back. asked me to bring it and said it only need cleaning and I approved and paid. They guaranteed no more noise, noise came back after a week. Justin and Jibin non of them respond to voice messages or even call back. I do not recommend this dealer.
