Walked in for an xray sat down for an hour. Apparently there was no xray tech, and wasn’t informed until I went up and asked why I still waiting and not notified. Said got told last minute that the tech was scheduled but didn’t know they were were working. Disappointed in the front desk staff for not informing patients waiting and for not having their scheduling figured out. Extremely disappointing.
I came in for an ultrasound and the front desk was amazing and super helpful in answering any questions I had! The technician I saw was great as well.
Drove 40 mins with my pregnant wife for obstetrical ultrasound, and was late 20 mins due to traffic. Have us waited 15 mins and tell us to reschedule again. Why get us to wait if you need us to reschedule then?
