I’ve been to this location three times now for my pregnancy ultrasounds, each time a different tech, and all of them have been so wonderful! They explain what they’re going to do, they’re positive, and let you take photos of the ultrasound at the end and bring your partner in. I live all the way in Whitby and make an effort to go here because it’s the only good experience I’ve had with regards to getting an ultrasound done. 10/10 recommend.
Really kind technician she was efficient at taking all the pictures and funny and positive. Great experience. Wait was only 5/10 mins
I really appreciate this place. The front desk staff are so friendly and courteous in person and over the phone. It is a very clean lab and the technician, Cheryl, I saw today who did my scan was so polite, kind and gentle. I was so nervous and anxious but her calm and friendly demeanour put me at ease and helped me relax.
