I went online to look for a new bbq and decided Markham Home Hardware was my best choice for the purchase. The customer service was excellent. I called them in the morning, then visited the store. They had an essembled bbq delivered within a couple of hours. You cannot beat that service anywhere.A special thank you to Reece for setting up the bbq on my deck and showing me how to operate it and fill out the warranty.
We are very fortunate to have such a well run Home Hardware in Markham Village. The staff are very friendly and courteous and very willing to help find a product or explain how to use a product works. Because of those skills and qualities I always return to Gallsworthy Home Hardware.
In Oshawa we don't have a Home Hardware anymore, it's out towards Bowmanville. Good little road trip out there and the store has a lot of things to check out.
I went to the location at Woodbine and Denison.... the worse location ever. Then went to HWY 7 and Wooten Way. The best service ever. The guys were so helpful and its my new go to local hardware store. 11/10
