When I came to this new town almost 15 years ago , I wanted to support local businesses .Markham Heating has always serviced my heating needs. Their people are competent, trustworthy, friendly and the services are reasonably priced. I recommend them easily and heartily.
Simply stated, this company is great. We had a no-heat situation. The technician (Mitchell) that showed up soon after our phone call diagnosed the problem within minutes. He's good, really good. Unfortunately, a repair was unrealistic so a new furnace was in order. Their schedule was jam packed but they rearranged things to install a new furnace two days later. Had a great experience! Was selling my home and the home inspector pointed out some inefficency in my AC. I called and a real person answered the phone within a few rings and set up an appt for the next afternoon. The tech Mitchell was fantastic! Called ahead of time and was there within minutes.
