The lady with the short hair (she’s either Trini or Guyanese) is so nasty. Dr. Bari, you own this business, why would you want to keep such a nasty woman employed?
The lady on the phone is not helpful and may cut you off at any time. Emails sent are often left unanswered.
The doctors here are great, I agree with review by Gonzalo, that there’s this one receptionist who often picks up the phone, her mannerisms and tone are very unprofessional, she doesn’t let you finish your sentence before cutting you off.
We are patients of Dr Bari for a long time and he is the best doctor one could ask for. The practice is very busy and wait times are long. But Dr Bari is swift and efficient and his right hand, Nurse Practitioner, Alanna De Fry is simply a delight. My elderly parents and my little boy all are patients here and we are very happy.
For more than 5 years I have been going to Doctor Sana Rahman and she’s been very respectful and patience and very kind and she resolves your problem effectively and doesn’t rush you or isn’t always in a rush so I recommend asking for Dr. Sana Rahman! ☺️🫶
