They are responsive, knowledgeable and patient. We have used them for years for work and just switched to them for our personal needs. I'm not sure why we waited so long to switch. They make getting insurance easy.
I have just switched my auto and renter's insurance over to Markham Group! Jessica, Pam and Joe were all very helpful right from the start. All of my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. They were very knowledgeable and I felt confident switching over. I was so impressed, I had my fiance switch his auto and renter's over to them as well! I have been with Markham longer than I can remember, and I have always enjoyed the highest level of friendly, courteous service. They never miss a beat, including rescuing me from my own oversights. I recommend this agency without hesitation.
I have been with the Markham Group for close to ten years now (where does the time go?!). They are always available for any questions I have. They are also able to help get me quotes and information quickly to help me find the best coverage for me! I never dread having to call these guys because everyone is so nice on the phone, and I don't need to hit a million buttons to get a real person :) Highly recommend!

Pam has always gone above and beyond. We have had a few auto claims which have been handled to 100% satisfaction.
