We are so grateful for the support and plan we received at MFC. I felt seen and heard through the process. I first heard of Dr. Garcia and Markham Fertility Centre (MFC) at the start of my IVF journey, though I was already with another clinic. I’ve had a wonderful experience with Markham Fertility Clinic. The admin staff and nurses are always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and endlessly patient. The doctors truly care — you’re never treated like just a number. They are kind, compassionate, and take the time to be extremely thorough at every step. I’ve always felt supported and seen here, and that makes all the difference. I’d also like to say that Dr. Chan is remarkable, she is invested, patient, listens and does not leave any stones unturned.
How do you post a review for the people who helped you have your miracle baby? Words just don’t do it but I’ll try. Dr. Chan is an extremely patient centred doctor, providing individualized care . Throughout the IVF process and transfer process she was there as my biggest cheerleader and leader guiding me when it was tough to keep going and when things didn’t work.
