Ultrasound team was great (especially Kirby) and Dr Chong was empathetic and helpful the whole way.
Susan was Amazing! She was more than willing to help me with my inquires. She was very courteous and friendly. She went above and beyond her job duties. Her demeanor was one of, her assisting in every possible way that she could. I would definitely recommend asking for her if you come in to the Markham Fertility Center for an inquiry, question or simply assistance. Kudos to Susan for a job well done!
Markham Fertility is an incredible clinic! It’s run by female physicians and I can say they all truly care. I had to do a total of three cycles, but my first cycle was done at another clinic…I can say with confidence that my care and results were drastically better with MFC!!! Throughout my cycle my doctor (Dr. Chong) called just to check on me! I am one of Dr. Wais’s former patients, and I regret ever stepping foot in this clinic. Choosing her for my IVF journey was the biggest mistake of my life, and I will carry that regret forever.
