Very disappointing experience. My experience with Dr. “M.J”The doctor appeared rushed and showed little patience in listening to my concerns. The appointment felt extremely brief, and once the doctor finished speaking, I felt like I was being hurried out of the room. Patients deserve to be heard and treated with more care and respect.

Dr Pang is an exceptionally kind and professional doctor. She helps patients find the most suitable treatment methods and provides professional advice.

The doctors are great, caring, and professional, but the front desk staff were rude and lacked empathy (also a $25 late fee no matter what). Wait times were also extremely long even with an appointment. The clinic would be much better with improved customer service and organization at reception

Very disappointing experience with the front desk staff. I was late to my appointment and was automatically charged a $25 fee with no consideration for the situation or any explanation. The receptionist showed very little empathy and the customer service was unprofessional and unfriendly.

I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff at this clinic. I was sick with a fever and forgot to report my absence, but instead of showing any understanding, the receptionist was extremely rude and even called me a liar. I was also told I had to pay a $150 fee, and the entire interaction felt disrespectful and unprofessional. The atmosphere at the front desk is uncomfortable, and patients should not feel pressured to bring gifts or “buy things” (like I seen other patients do) just to be treated politely.... read more
