Dr. Alvarez listens and takes you seriously as a patient. She has been my partner’s (and his family’s) family doctor for years now. Very trustworthy and empathetic. We have also seen Dr. Michelle Alexander in Urgent Care as well. I would say the same for her. Very caring, to-the-point, and does her work efficiently.
They never pick up the phone, I don’t even understand
Dr. Alveraz has been my grandmother's doctor, my mother's doctor, my doctor and now my son's doctor! 4 generations!!! She's fabulous and so kind. The clinic is responsive and provides flexible options for seeing other GPs in the clinic for urgent care needs if your GP is busy. No complaints :)
