I wish I could give 0 stars for the lack of support that is given from this place. 20 minutes on hold MINIMUM every single time to talk to a receptionist. Getting any prescriptions refilled is more painful than getting teeth pulled. Appointment timeframe is minimum 8 weeks away, and the hours of operation are laughable. They neglect their patients needs and make no effort to give any support of any kind. Run fast and far.
Doctors are pleasant and maybe capable. That's about all the good I can come up with. Extremely difficult to reach anyone to make an appointment or follow up on test results. Communications, when they do happen, are abrupt and the conversation is shut down as soon as they feel they've delivered an answer. No channel for further questions or communications.
