I have been going to this clinic for the past 10 years and always had a great experience with both the front desk and doctors. I dont know what is happening now with the hirng process but the front desk personal is rude and arrogant. I called to request the vaccinations records for my son as he is about to be expelled from school. (You would think being 2025 the Ontario ministry gets the records upsated on line). Update: apparently they never had my record to begin with over 10 years - this doctor and office is an absolute joke. Do not go here. I was a patient here for +/- 10 years and I used to share how great the clinic and my doctor was in general but I’ve come to realize how it was not that good. Their reception desk is very rude, I don’t remember it always being that way but something changed and they answer the phone like they are already annoyed with you. I am blown away by the staff and medical team at the Markham FHT. The waiting room is clean and spacious, and there's aways an on-call doctor everyday if your family doctor isn't available that day. There is a receptionist that is usually available until 8PM which has been really helpful considering that most clinics close around 5-6pm. A shout out to Dr. Huo and the staff team! Thank you so much for your service to the community. The downside to this clinic is that you need to pay for parking.
