I had an excellent experience from Markham East vision.The owner is very kind, humble, polite, helpful and amazing person. He helped each customer with good manners. EXTREMELY unhappy. Been waiting for my glasses for over 6 weeks, when initially told it would take a week. Been calling many times - they always need to check with their manager...and never call back. Is this a scam store I need to report to the College of Opticians of Ontario? ----- Clinic is correct - and we're still waiting for the glasses.
Quite disappointed when I received a call re next eye exam visit. I was relying on the clinics information regarding when was last visit and how often it should be. Only to be surprised when the group insurance denied my claim. When I asked the clinic they gave me the run around. Beware when they call you for appointment. Make sure of your insurance benefits.
