They didnt call me back after, messing up on my glasses themselves. Told me they fixed them using my warrenty but did not. Then promised me they would call me back after getting frames, didnt. After I chased them down, they finally took my glasses only to tell me that they couldnt replace the frames that day, because no schedule was made with me I was forced to leave them there for a week! I ive 10mins away but apparently their carrier takes a weeks time . NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN.
It was the best experience I had buying glasses. Frank is a specialist who helped me choose the best pair of sunglasses and reading glasses. I strongly recommend them.
I had an excellent experience from Markham East vision.The owner is very kind, humble, polite, helpful and amazing person. He helped each customer with good manners. God bless him with his wonderful job. The quality of eye glasses is excellent.
