The worse ultrasound experience I’ve ever had. I go for these procedures regularly but it was my first time here. The technician communication was very poor! His bedside manners were none existent! He got gel all over my shirt and pants and was hesitant to even give me a sheet op paper towel to clean myself! Very sloppy work!
The wait time is too long but that wouldn’t have been an issue if the staff presented themselves in a friendly manner, and the line-up is according to arrival time, with the exception of appointments. I walked into this clinic for a chest x-ray. The receptionist told me it would be a 30 to 45 minute wait. I waited for 50 minutes before I got into the changeroom, then a 10 minute wait in the changeroom itself, and then another 5 minute wait in the hallway outside the x-ray room. Today I did my 1st Mammogram in this diagnostic center. The Mammogram Tech is very gentle and polite. She explain all the details before she started. I did not feel any pain at all. I will definitely come back to do my next mammogram again in this diagnostic center.
