I had a wonderful experience at this center. Everyone was welcoming and pleasant, especially my technician, Kiran. She was gentle, patient, and clearly dedicated to doing her best. I truly appreciated her professionalism.

Highly recommend!!! Markham Diagnostic Centre gave me great client experience from booking to completion of the appointments. The staff are friendly and professional. The receptionist, a Chinese lady, was very patient with me figuring out a time that worked for me over the phone. The facility was spotless and well-organized, with modern equipment that made me feel confident in the accuracy of my tests. The technologists explained each step clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I also appreciated how quickly I received my reports.
