Our first time but we had a great experience. DR Kwok is thorough and communicative, and delivers advice in a calm and reassuring manner. My teens were pleased as well and we were all done within an hour or so :) highly recommend especially if you find drills intimidating- Dr Kwok and her team take the edge off them!
