Excellent service by Dr Wang and his team. Right from the receptionist to the specialist. They are all amazing. Fatimah was my hygienist and she was very gentle anheyd professional. My kids and husband also had an amazing service by Dr Wang.
What's the point of having a phone if no one picks up. I booked an appointment on opencare and haven't heard back from the clinic even once 24 hours before my appointment. Called 3 times and left a voicemail to confirm if it was still happening. 如果没人接电话，那手机还有什么用？我在Opencare上预约了，但诊所到预约时间前24小时都没联系我。我打了三次电话，每次都留言确认预约是否照常进行。
I visited this clinic on Wed morning June 10th, my first time. Thanks to Dr Wang. He took the time taking care of the paperwork, after the X-Ray, explaining to me in detail my issues, suggestions, and the pros and cons. He is very patience, kind, and professional. This is the first time in my life that a dentist took the time to explain everything and discuss with me in detail. Also, the staff & assistance are very helpful and courtesy. I am very thankful. Our whole family comes here. My husband’s teeth were in very bad condition, but Dr. Wang was very responsible and highly skilled. He repaired all his decayed teeth and performed root canal treatments, which saved us a lot of money. My son’s teeth have also all been filled.
