Service was hit or miss. They were overly eager at a couple counters and you had to beg for service at others. Pricing seemed slightly inflated.
I needed my wedding ring repaired. They were very nice when I dropped it off. I can't wait to see what the final product will look like. They guarantee my 28 year old ring will look brand new. I can't wait.
Diamonds are cheap , look good in glass but when you take home after a few days looks cheap , only 10k gold and gold is more metal than gold found that out after I got checked elsewhere, then they say 30 day warranty no longer because that’s how long it last then the little bitty stones fall out , with no return or money back , you want quality go to Jared these people are a mess lol fold once never twice, don’t let them fool you with the 50% off or what ever the deal is because that’s all it’s worth they garbage only thing ... read more
Do Not visit this store, you will be racially profiled. My husband and I made our first visit here today and after we decided to not make the purchase after a series of offensive and rude comments. He used the term “bungi” to describe us, thinking we didn’t know what it meant. We happen to be multi-lingual but this salesman was clueless as he is about his fading jewelry and cloudy diamonds.
Do not shop here they are over priced. The son is a liar!
