If I could give this place zero stars I would. While our boat was in storage at Markey Marine, we had all of our electronics And lower end unit stolen and they would not help us in anyway. They truly could have cared less about our situation. DO NOT store your boat here. Communication was awful. They offer to store your boat and then forget about it. Paid them for over 6 months of storage only to find our boat un-usable when we picked it up. Terrible place. 0 stars
Lorinda went above and beyond with making sure I was able to get a prop install hardware set for my 300R to get me back on the water today for an event! Super friendly people, 10/10 customer service.
I'm NOT a review guy but Jamie and Sean deserve it ! ! ! ! Moving to Key Largo from Miami as a 2023 34ft Cape Horn boat Owner was a daunting task, to find a Truly Professional Company to maintain my (2) Mercury 450 racing Outboards. Not the same shop it use to be ! Worst shop ever now in key largo ! They are under new ownership all new employees. Horrible mechanics. Boat sat for 3 weeks they could not fix anything they told me it is easier to buy a new engine rather than spend hours to diagnose ! They don’t have any mechanics that can fixed boats only do oil changes and changed spark plugs!
