They’ll take your money and try to convince you of how successful their previous projects have been without providing a dime back in your pocket. Steer clear of Sohail (he’ll show you pictures with famous folks for absolutely no reason). David Rodarte is a nice person, but won’t share financials due to his bosses. They had one of the best brokers in Houston and lost him. Dont give them your business.
Owners of the company failed to disclose material information about the investment fund in which I invested. This was inexcusable. Their own staff thought what they did was wrong. Multiple members of the staff subsequently were laid off. As of Spring 2024, the two owners of the company, a surgeon and a businessman, told me directly they have less than $100k of combined company and personal liquid assets.
Unfortunately, I lost my entire investment that too in a real estate investment with this company. While I understand investment comes at risk of losing money but losing 100/ capital in real investment can only be attributed to to poor management. Please do your due dilligence.
