Extremely frustrating place to deal with. Insurance negotiated a different price and after numerous phone calls and messages to their billing on their own online portal where they state "48 hours for a reply" after almost 4 months have not received a refund for the overpayment. I tried to get paperwork filled out for a leave of absence for my work and the physician is not in office for 3 weeks at a time, filled out 4 questions on the paper including "is the patient pregnant, and other questions he could write "NA" for.
